The new WhatsApp Feature will Fix the Major Flaws of This App

WhatsApp is used by over two billion people all over the world and the company is constantly introducing new features to its users.

However, this messaging app owned by Facebook is still limited in one aspect.

The New Feature of WhatsApp that Will Fix the Major Flaws of This App

WhatsApp still has to compress high-resolution video files and send them as chat documents.

But a good change is coming soon in which video quality options will finally be available to the users.
A new feature has been added to the new beta version of Android, according to WhatsApp update tracking website WABetaInfo.

This new feature will allow users to change their default quality when sending their videos.

Changing video preferences is not allowed in WhatsApp settings at this time. That's why the quality of the videos sent or received through this app could be better.

With this new feature, users will get three options: Auto, Best Quality, and Data Saver while uploading videos.

The Auto Option has been kept "Recommended" which will probably work the same as the current format.

The data saver option is perfect for those people who want to send videos to friends but want to save their monthly data limit as well.

The best quality option is what most users want so that high-resolution videos can be sent which can also be sent in an attached document format.

But the best quality option in this feature will make it possible to send high-quality videos directly from the gallery.

However, it is too early to say, when this new feature will be available as it has only just been introduced in the beta version and more work will be done to improve it.

But this feature may be introduced at any time during the year.

WhatsApp Messenger

WhatsApp Messenger, or simply WhatsApp, is an American freeware, cross-platform centralized instant messaging (IM), and voiceover IP (VoIP) service owned by Facebook, Inc. It allows users to send text messages and voice messages, and share video calls and photos, documents, user locations, and other content.

WhatsApp's client application runs on mobile devices but is also accessible from desktop computers, as long as the user's mobile device stays connected to the Internet while they use the desktop app. A mobile phone number is required to sign up for the service.

In January 2018, WhatsApp launched the Standalone Business app, which aims to allow small business owners, called WhatsApp Business, to interact with users who use the standard WhatsApp.

The client application was developed by WhatsApp Inc. of Mountain View, California, and was purchased by Facebook in February 2014 for approximately 19 19.3 billion. It became the world's most popular messaging application by 2015 and had more than 2 billion users worldwide by February 2020.

It has become a major source of Internet communication in many places, including Latin America, the Indian subcontinent, and large parts of Europe and Africa.
